At Norway Grove, our Church Council and staff work together to guide the mission and ministry of our congregation. The council, made up of dedicated members elected by the congregation, provides leadership, prayerful direction, and oversight of church life. Alongside them, our staff serves faithfully to carry out the daily ministries that keep our church thriving. Together, council and staff partner with the congregation to nurture faith, strengthen community, and share God’s love in meaningful ways.

Pastor Carol has been called as Norway Grove’s interim pastor beginning December 1, 2024. Pastor Carol comes to us with 34 years of experience as an ordained Lutheran minister who has served a variety of congregations, both large and small. She lives in Janesville where her husband is the lead Pastor for a Lutheran Church there.
