Church Council

The church council discusses topics regarding the church such as the Ministry Spending Plan, reviewing ministry team reports, approving new ministries, staff hires, and any other matter that may come before the council for approval. Council is elected by the congregation and is currently comprised of 6 members, and our Pastor.

Council meetings are held monthly, and as needed.

Pastor Carol Baumgartner

Pastor Carol has been called as Norway Grove’s interim pastor beginning December 1, 2024. Pastor Carol comes to us with 34 years of experience as an ordained Lutheran minister who has served a variety of congregations, both large and small. She lives in Janesville where her husband is the lead Pastor for a Lutheran Church there.
