Pastor Carol has been called as Norway Grove’s interim pastor beginning December 1, 2024.
Pastor Carol comes to us with 34 years of experience as an ordained Lutheran minister who has served a variety of congregations, both large and small. She lives in Janesville where her husband is the lead Pastor for a Lutheran Church there.
Carol has extensive experience in collaborative ministry (working with congregations that share a minister), has served as a hospice chaplain, and has training in spiritual guidance, grief ministry, trauma and anxiety awareness, family systems and group dynamics. She has served as an interim pastor for congregations since 2019.
We are blessed to have someone with her experience and expertise at Norway Grove.
